Ray was born January 6th, 1961 in Woonsocket, RI, and grew up in Blackstone, MA. Started playing local clubs in 1978 as an acoustic entertainer and singer. Served in the US Air Force 1980-1984, traveling with their talent show every year as a singer, Emcee and guitarist, married in 1982, (going on 29-years now), raised two boys who are both now out of college. Gigging like crazy now as a solo acoustic act. Played 51 of 52 weekends in 2010, on track to do the same this year.
